We have an immediate opening for an Experienced Machinist to set-up and run CNC machines and lathes. Submit your RESUME for consideration.

• Under minimal supervision, operates CNC 4- and 5- axis machines to fabricate, close tolerance  metallic and non-metallic parts in compliance with AS9100 standards. 
• Properly and safely loads and unloads castings and raw materials in CNC machinery.
• Uses gauges and measuring instruments to meet tolerance requirements.
• Recognizes, deploys and properly uses inserts, fixtures and tooling.
• Understands and has the ability to perform tool wear offsets.
• Complies with all quality policies, specifications, regulations and instructions.
• Effectively communicate and understand job instructions both verbally and written.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical computations. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations.
• Performs all tasks in a safe and responsible manner.

• Two years related experience and /or training or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• To perform this job satisfactorily, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
